Our name, ‘NAKO’ is derived from the Tswana word for ‘time’, which in today’s fast-paced world is a precious commodity. The owners of NAKO equate this to a symbol of spending quality time in nature, with family and friends, with business colleagues or simply appreciating our breath-taking environment, along with the magnificent wildlife among us. It is fitting that NAKO, true to our values, is situated a mere one hours’ drive from Johannesburg, 45 minutes from OR Tambo International Airport or 30 minutes from Pretoria, enabling our guests to maximise their time in nature, and with us.
